Terms & event rules
Read these terms before creating an account to sell a car or attend an event.
The event
OneOwner Weekend hosts a private, curated in-person automotive event. Paid registration and a valid entry code are required for admission. Registration does not reserve a vehicle or give purchasing priority. Visitors inspect and negotiate with owners at the venue. We may adjust the lineup, hours or venue and will notify affected attendees.
Buyer registration and entry
Buyer registration costs PKR 500 for each named attendee. A registration remains pending until OneOwner Weekend verifies cleared payment. A receipt image or transaction message alone is not proof that funds settled. After verification, we issue a five digit entry code by email. Each code is valid only for the stated event and registered attendees and may be checked in once. Do not share or sell an entry code.
One-owner listings and seller registration
Submitting a car creates a PKR 1,000 seller registration payment request. Sellers must own the car from new, have it registered in their own name, provide truthful vehicle and condition details, and supply registration proof for private review. Cleared payment and ownership approval are both required before a listing can be assigned, scheduled or published. Payment does not guarantee approval, selection or a place in an event. Our review is a screening process, not a mechanical inspection, title guarantee or warranty.
Manual payment verification
Available payment methods may include Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. The payer must use the receiving details shown inside their signed-in account, enter the correct transaction ID and submit a clear receipt. OneOwner Weekend verifies the transfer against its receiving account. Duplicate, altered, reversed, incomplete or unverifiable payments may be rejected. Payment receipts and transaction details are private and visible only to authorized staff.
Commissions and registration credits
If a vehicle displayed through OneOwner Weekend is sold as a result of the event, the buyer owes a commission of 0.5% of the agreed final sale price and the seller separately owes a commission of 0.5%. The verified PKR 500 buyer registration fee is credited against that buyer's commission, and the verified PKR 1,000 seller event fee is credited against that seller's commission. For additional paid attendees on one registration, only the primary registered buyer's PKR 500 fee is a buyer commission credit. Credits apply only to the same person, vehicle transaction and event; have no cash value; cannot be transferred; and cannot reduce a commission below zero.
Changes, cancellations and event credits
Seller changes to a submitted listing require OneOwner Weekend approval before they appear publicly. Edit requests close 48 hours before the assigned event begins. Sellers must request cancellation at least 72 hours before their event begins. Buyer registration closes 24 hours before an event. If OneOwner Weekend rejects a paid seller application or cannot offer an event placement, the seller may choose a transfer to another available event or a refund. Other eligible buyer or seller cancellations may be transferred at our discretion; otherwise registration fees are non-refundable. If OneOwner Weekend cancels an event, affected payers may choose a transfer or refund. Payment processor, bank or wallet charges imposed on a payer are not controlled by OneOwner Weekend.
Conduct at the venue
Guests must show their emailed entry code, follow staff directions, respect owners and other guests, supervise children, and avoid unsafe driving, harassment, deceptive conduct, unauthorized solicitation or disruption. We may refuse or end entry for safety, fraud or serious rule violations without issuing an entry code or allowing another person to use it.
Privacy and communication
We use contact and payment details for verification, event operations, receipts, service messages and necessary follow-up. Seller contact information, registration documents, payment proofs, transaction references and private financial records are restricted to authorized staff. We may email important account, payment, listing and event notifications.
